PPPCLAW - Louis M. Federici

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Louis M. Federici did his undergraduate studies at Drexel University, earning a B.S. in 1983. He went on to law school at Villanova University where he was the recipient of the Law Alumni Award in 1986-1987 and obtained his J.D. in 1987. He was admitted to the Connecticut bar later that same year. Following law school, Mr. Federici was a Legal Research Clerk for the Connecticut Superior Court.

Mr. Federici joined Porto Parrett Parese & Colwell in 1988 and is a principal in the firm. His practice focuses in the areas of Litigation, including personal injury, employment law, worker’s compensation, and social security disability.

He is an active member of the legal, business and service communities. Mr. Federici belongs to and serves in a leadership capacity for numerous organizations including serving as a member of the Guilford Board of Finance, a member of the Board of Directors for New Haven Home Recovery, Member of the Executive Board of BSA, CT Yankee Council and Past President of the Hamden Jaycees. In addition, he is a member of the New Haven County and Connecticut Bar Associations, (Litigation Committee) and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
